@Ask_Spectrum Ah, yes. That moment when the internet speed is so low that I can't even run the speed test to confirm how low it is. Last test I did right before trying to run it again while launching the Ask Spectrum link showed in the 30s. Pretty bad considering I pay over $100.

@Ask_Spectrum My zip is 90024. I’m writing to report that since last week, my guide’s listed KLCS (PBS), ch’s 3 & 1222, as HD. However, you still carry it only in SD. I verified this by setting my box to auto select resolution, tuned to KLCS and box changed resolution to 480i.

@Ask_Spectrum Just fix your service and give people a discount for the crappy months we've experienced with your unstable service we are still paying for. You're uptime has been low that could open you up to Class Action Lawsuits. Fix it, give discounts for the downtime and avoid Class Action

@Ask_Spectrum Did you notice how I said that the box is too difficult? Then you offered a box? It sounds like you need to say no there is no support for older customers. I need to have a tv only with one device and not a smart app. That is all too much complexity.
